Email archives, manuals and live operational data become an assistant that knows your product — every answer with a source citation. Anonymization runs on-prem before the model is called. Self-hosted, for technical support in logistics and manufacturing.

Shared passwords, editable logs, updates on a USB stick
Certificates instead of passwords: every action is signed, every critical approval comes from a named human — provable, even offline. Remote-access tools secure the channel; Secure Cloud signs the action.

The engineering behind it
Behind every product is the project business it came from. If your venture has no off-the-shelf building block, we develop it — from the PCB to the cloud, including where standards and audits are part of the job.
Embedded (ESP32, Rust) to cloud (HA hosting, Kubernetes), apps for all platforms, PWAs — one team across the whole chain, no losses at the interfaces.
Data acquisition, analysis and AI/ML — online and offline. Process data becomes decisions: transparency, traceability, real-time monitoring.
IEC 62443 for industrial security, IEC 62304 for medical software, IVD regulation for diagnostics. We develop where safety must be demonstrable: risk analysis, requirements traceability, documentation that survives an audit. Customers have audited us. Audits belong in the project plan, not in the surprise.

Who is behind this
FreshX was founded in Stuttgart in 2002 and today develops secure cloud, IoT and AI systems from Nußloch, Basel and Freiburg — for industry, logistics and medical technology. The same question for 24 years: how do data get safely from a device to the person who works with them — and how do you prove afterwards what happened?
Reach, not a sector list: software for a modern light microscope in optical analytics (Raman spectroscopy, cell sorting). Safety hardware. Telematics. IVD diagnostics. We do not show logos until clearances are in place.
